  1. What days are services available?
    • Yardworkers.ca services are available Monday to Saturday usually starting April 1 until October 31. Some years until well into November.

  2. What days are you closed?
    • Yardworkers.ca is closed on Sundays as well as Federal and Ontario statutory holidays. Services to our clients will also not be available on those days.

  3. Why do I have to pay extra for yard waste to the dump when as a resident I can dump for free?
    • For residents the yard waste recycling area is free but for contractors there's a fee of $74.90 plust tax.

      Minimum charge: $11.00 including tax

  4. Are you hiring?
    • Yes, Yardworkers.ca is accepting applications by email and setting appointments for interviews for both Student summer contracts and Fulltime Seasonal contracts. For more information please contact us through info@yardworkers.ca

  5. Why is there a credit on my account when I paid extra as a tip?
    • There is a credit on your account because we do not have permission from you to accept the overpayment as a gratuity. To assume overages are gratuities is an unacceptable risk. For us to accept a gratuity electronically we would need you to specify each time that the extra be accepted as tip or specify an exact amount as tip and the rest will be applied to your account.

  6. How do I pay the invoice(s) for services?
    • You can use Interac e-Transfer® from your online bank account to send money to nick.yardworkers@gmail.com (highly recommended)

    • You can click the "Review and pay" button from Quickbooks® in the invoice email you received and pay with Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, Apple Pay®.


    • You can put Cash into an envelope and then call or text 905-328-4697 to arrange for pickup and get a receipt.(as a last resort)



Terms of Service
This document of Terms and Conditions of Service is subject to change without notice upon after which link(s) will be made available on this site and in emails to clients.

  1. **Important** The client shall hold Yardworkers.ca, it's owners, agents, employees, staff and contracted third parties harmless from all claims and actions (known and unknown) pertaining but not limited to natural and unnatural pests, pestilence, plague, acts of nature or god(s) or willful or accidental damage or perceived damages by other persons to persons on or about the clients properties or the properties themselves. The act of employing our services is the undertaking of these Terms and Conditions of Service. If you find that these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you or your oganization please do not engage our services. You may wish to consult with Yardworkers.ca about your concerns with these terms and conditions.

  2. At all times our staff would require safe access to all of the areas of your property that require our services. If the site is considered by any staff member to be unsafe to service then the client will be notified and service suspended until the site is rendered safe. At the discretion of the supervisor of the service crew a property may be declared unsafe to either staff members and/or equipment.

  3. Areas of properties to be serviced by Yardworkers.ca must be free of dead animals, pet droppings, used needles and any biohazardous material that might render the site unsafe for our staff members. In addition, any and all pets must be removed from the area to be serviced and secured so as to provide saftey from attack or accidental damages both to and from our service staff.

  4. Service days are Monday to Saturday beginning as early as April 1st and terminating October 31 unless there is a warm November in which case extra services will be offered.

  5. Services days are not fixed. We try to service on the weekday(s) specified but this can be a day early or a day late or in the event of inclement weather lasting several days it will be as soon as we can.

  6. Payment for services rendered or preordered is due in full when invoiced after the service or purchase. Commercial accounts start with payment terms of 7 days to pay and can also be billed monthly or biweekly.

  7. Although it is possible to send photos each and every service and email or text them to you it adds to the service time. We can recommend you place a security camera(s) on the property to record fulltime and determine proof of service. If you absolutely must have pictures every service there will be an additional charge.

  8. We cut grass, trim, bag, bag and remove, do minor cleanups and sometimes dump runs. There will be other services available or services added to our repertoire which we can inform you of and will provide for you at a nominal charge.

  9. You are not required to sign a contract although in some cases a contract might be useful. You may cancel and resume services at any time. The only caveat is failure to pay or resumption of service will result in suspension of service until all outstanding balances are paid.

We implement a variety of security measures when you place an order, enter, submit, or access your information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider (examples: your bank's payment processes or Paypal) and are not stored or processed on our servers. Your personal information is stored within Canada and we store it for the primary purposes of providing quality service to you and to meet our legal business obligations, in accordance with the Province of Ontario's Personal Information Protection Act.
